NEW from The Birdhouse Series -

"Birdhouse XVII"
digitally manipulated fractal flame collage by Mick Mather
I haven't posted much from this series in a while. While working on one of the new pieces to be included in the upcoming Disintegration Collaboration Project reveal on August 1st, it occurred to me that I ought to put this one up. In addition, I dedicate this one to Lisa Sarsfield.

At the eleventh hour, I've decide to add this to Thursday Challenge, theme this week is earth, even though it's not a photograph.

OOOh, I love this! I like this VERY MUCH. I want to put it on SCR but fang, I'm int he middle of writing a new novel and working on the Rolandale retreat house (did I tell you about that? If you want to do a retreat let me know).

If I have a little time to squeeze in somewhere . . . I'll pu it on--I need help with SCR review, everyone has gotten busy etc. I can't do it alone. Sigh.

Anyways, I LOVE THIS-it's SUPER!

I'm delighted that you enjoyed this one and, as always, whenever you do get a chance to work on another SCR, the piece is yours to use.

Rolandale Retreat House? Wha'? :)

Oh I am so lucky!!! What a great suprise..thankyou! I was excited to come here as soon as I saw the words 'new from the birdhouse series' on my reader...so imagine my delight to find it dedicated to me!

Ok..composing myself now...

This is a wonderful addition to your series. I absolutely love the sketchy pencil like lines of the baby birds and the mossy spider webby lines of the structure that appears to both warm and support it. Just wonderful.

You've made my day!

Hmmm, I wonder. How does one go about selling fabric designs anyway?
