A melancholy one, this pic.

I wonder if the dark, b&w treatment makes it so. Here's a peek at the original (thanks to John Mora).

When I saw this one I wondered if John Mora had been the inspiration and from your above comment I see the connection-- love it.

John has surely been an inspiration to me in more than just the two of his works I've manipulated further at this point. There's so much more that I could be doing but, too much of a good thing and all that. Neither do I want to abuse the blanket-permission I've received to press forward with the images that thrill me.

Umm, I really enjoy the depth and darkness of this one Mick. Great combination with the lyrics.

Thank you, Leslie. The song was on my mind as I worked on it ... a no brainer considering where John takes so many of his marvelous photographs.

Mick, thank you for the compliments, you are most kind - I like how you have transformed a BB into an MM.

Unlike Cecilia, you are not shaking my confidence daily.

My best.

Nice to see this collaboration of sorts with John. Funny to read that because I thought it looked a little John Mora! I like the soft hues you used, quite phantom like!

I seem to be back in a dark, fuzzy, hazy and phantom-like mode these days.
