In its short-sightedness, blogger has turned its back on those of us stuck with old operating systems and I'm forced to find a new blog host. You will now find MickMathersARTblog at Blog.com - use the direct link found in the masthead and remember to update your bookmarks. This place will continue as another archive for a large body of my work. As many of you know, my primary medium and working method is digital collage composed of manipulated photographs often combined with digital drawing & generative images. Netlabels, bands and musicians can view samples of my CD Cover Art at Mick Mather Illustration located on Tumblr. In another life I was an Arts & Culture consultant specializing in revitalization planning through creative public art projects and programs with Economic & Community Development Departments of towns, villages and cities. In these hard financial times this work is more important than ever and I still accept consultancy inquiries. You can contact me by email at: mickmather@yahoo.com

So that's where I left the only doll I ever had. (You can keep it, I was never much for playing with dolls.)
Oh no Chucky got a haircut.
Have you ever seen the Chuc0ky movies? "Bride of Chucky" is my favorite.
Chucky gets lucky.
I am always inspired by your daily posts.
Oh, I see Elegia looking through the window!
hpy:
Were you a Tomboy, Hélène?
John M. Mora:
I have not seen the "Chucky" movies although I did finally get to watch "Cloverfield the other night.
SusuPetal:
Yes! It's always very dark where she is, too! :O
I suppose I was (and still am). Always played with the boys, running faster than they on my bicycle. Reading books for boys rather than books for nice little girls. I was nice, though ;-)
I know you don't visit my third blog, but today there's something you might find a little different from what I usually post. It's called : Where is my sea ice? Or do you say floe?
http://hpyter.blogspot.com/2009/12/ou-est-ma-banquise.html
It's for the meeting in Copenhagen.
hpy:
Well, well, well ... the image is fabulous and right up my alley. As regards sea ice or floe, we use both expressions as appropriate.
As I may have mentioned a week or so back, I've never been hoodwinked by the global warming hoax(ers)". Also, as before, that's not to deny that we should always be good stewards of the environment, flora and fauna.
That's almost spooky! Great photo and post! Love it!
Carolyn Ford:
Almost? I have scary dreams every time I look at it! :D
I love this even though dolls creep me out :P
Great shot!
Seth:
Thanks, for the comment and the Miroslav Tichý set back at your place.
