I agree with Abe! Won't drink dish water.

I believe that's Norwegian in the pic, it is very similar to Swedish, but there are some differences, though.

It could be Norway, although I rather suspect Dutch ... this is just one bit of ephemera in a 3-pound packet sent to me by Martha Cooper, the well-known graffiti photographer and documenter. She was on a European book release tour some years ago and was very gracious in accumulating and sending the packet for my collage work.
