You have been to the Claude Monet Foundation in Giverny recently - and you didn't tell me anything about that! Or did I see you there?
hpy:
I wish I could say that I have ... but the last time I was in France was, well, I was better looking and lots younger! This image was taken at my parents house on a beautiful small lake.
I thought about Monet, also.
This is absolutely beautiful.
SusuPetal:
Between Hélène's post today, as well as this one, it'd be pretty hard not to ... I'm glad you like it, Susu. :)
It looks so calm and still but there's a motion to it that makes me feel like I could dip my hands into it or that a stone is going to skip across it any second. Beautiful image.
Kiki:
Thank you, darlin'. As I mention to Hèléne above, this gorgeous little patch of water lily is right outside the back door of Mom & Pop's place at the lake.
As an aside, the motion, perhaps, could be the Jameson's. :O
