I love the blue of the door.
Blue and broken, that's what I though about seeing your image and the thoughts made me think of myself (once again). Blue and broken.
(that blue on the door is so beautiful)
I love weathered, painted doors, so I'm enthralled.

Can you believe that I've passed this blue door dozens of time, and yet, last week was the first time I saw it? :)
SusuPetal:
The door is neither blue nor broken. Like you, Susu, it is simply mature and wise, perhaps a bit touched - yet undiminished - by the weather, still strong, perfectly fitted to its' purpose.
wenn:
I say, "Thank you very much!" :)
Meri:
As you may have guessed ... me too! :D
Did this old jetty once have a balloon hanging from it's rickety frame? I am sure I recognise this!
Love the pairing with the blue door.
Lucky Dip Lisa:
You have an excellent memory, this is the same jetty.
