great image - no red dress here....
I love the striking contrast on the tree and how it's brightness balances the ground level. The black trunk and bottom part of it's leaves give my eyes somewhere to rest in between. Nice one!

Thanks, John, and no, not yet ... if this were an illustration for a Mickey Spillane mystery there'd be some red somewhere though.

Thanks, Lisa. When I first took a look at this in threshold view, the stark black and white of a summer scene looked just like the white out in my front yard this morning.
