"Too Late for the Misinformed Voter"digital collage by Mick Mather I've never thought it polite to insert ones political views where unsuspecting visitors are expecting anything but ... and I won't start now. The meaning of today's post is a simple one and completely bipartisan: look before you leap ... forewarned is forearmed ... don't jump into the deep end of the pool ... question authority ... follow the money. More to the point, know how things work, understand your own culture, learn the lessons of history and realize that in a common language 'words' mean things.Labels: Art Everyday by Mick Mather, digital collage, misinformation, slogans, voter

I'm not much for political personal views on blogs either (unless they are politicians' blogs) but I suppose that we always show a little of our opinions in what we write, or maybve even in the choice of our pictures. That's allowed! Luckily, as otherwize we couldn't write or show anything anymore.
Btw, many of us are always in a dilemma when we must choose the man who stands for our opinion. Does he really exist?
"but ... and" - a chicken in every pot - the image is universal....

Thanks for this well grounded reply, Hélène. I believe that there are men who are quite capable of leading; sadly, we haven't seen any, that I know about, for almost a generation. More importantly, as you point out, we always show a little of our opinions in our pictures. As you might say over there, "Créer c'est résister!"

What happens when you don't even have a pot? :O
