Illustration Friday: Gravity -

"Gravity"
digital collage by Mick Mather
Gravity. One of those things in life that we all take for granted, yes? This was the weekly theme at Illustration Friday and I decided to go directly to one brilliant source on the matter, Mr. Al Einstein. Not a lot more to say except for the fact that I was listening to some wonderful music by Tom Bugs while tossing this t'gether.

Very nice. I think the image says everything by itself!

Thanks so very much for this comment, Jenn. While I'm not above speaking volumes about my work - if asked - I do like that this one speaks for itself better than some. By the by, I love your drawings...very, very nice work.

I really love what you did with this clasic image of Einstein! The colors are great...they look cosmic and elemental
at the same time.

Thanks, Carla. I can almost hear the voice of Cliff Clavin, from Cheers, espousing some clarity on the matter of gravity bending, perhaps multiplying, light. "What you have here, Normie, is the speed of light. Over there you have your, whatta-ya-call, gravity. When the two mix together? All hell breaks loose!"

Thanks so much, Isay. This one is fast becoming one of my own favorites as well...and, it was totally fun to assemble. :)
