"Jumble Box"digital drawing & painting by Mick Mather This piece goes back a ways. In fact, this immediately preceded work that quickly became the Reinventing the Wheel Series beginning in the summer of 2007. It all came about while playing with some new editing tools in the secret visual laboratory after running some playful blobs of color and a few squiggly lines over, under, sideways and down. Since this weekend saw the arrival of Daylight Savings Time for the Eastern section of the United States, I have to say that I'm a little bit off schedule. Yup, I feel a lot like tonight's post - like a Jumble Box!Labels: Art Everyday by Mick Mather, Daylight Savings Time, digital drawing and painting, Secret Visual Laboratory, The Reinventing the Wheel Series

I'd call this Orange on Rocks! It looks yammy and delicious(hmm, are they the same????)
Wow this piece jumps out at you! or me as it were. It's got a lot of energy and movement and is a polar opposite to 'back street' nothing at all sinister looking here.
Great colors. That's exactly what we need after the storm we had last night. Some good hot sunshine.

Yes, they mean about the same thing ... however, the term we use here is "Y-U-M-M-Y". I like how you and Trijnie say it better and, I get it now, you're looking for some of that yammy Stolichnaya Orange Flavored Vodka On the Rocks! Yes? :D

Oh, it's sinister alright ... you haven't seen Susupetal pour yet! :D

You know what they say down in Florida ... orange juice is liquid sunshine! :D

Yeah! Just like the kind those crazy motorcycle daredevils drive through at about 90mph. :D
