In its short-sightedness, blogger has turned its back on those of us stuck with old operating systems and I'm forced to find a new blog host. As many of you know, my primary medium and working method is digital collage composed of manipulated photographs often combined with digital drawing & generative images. In another life I was an Arts & Culture consultant specializing in revitalization planning through creative public art projects and programs with Economic & Community Development Departments of towns, villages and cities. Rag dolls are well loved, but not so well kept.

Funny ... YOU! It just so happens that my mum was a rather forward-thinking, modern woman. I did have a doll when I was a boy, but it was something second hand from a cousin or something, not a rag doll. As I recall, it was target practice, a wrestling partner, a cadaver to be dissected, the tester of many poisons (such as Lima beans, spinach, onions and the like) as well as a lure for the little girl who lived down the lane! :D
