Beg, steal or borrow, that's interactive :)
Interesting image, the earthy colored top has almost a rusty feeling, and the bottom is a graphic splendor for the eye.
SusuPetal:
Ideas are wonderful expressions of light. Unrealized, they remain subject to the earth that holds them.
This is wonderful, lovely textures and colours.I hope this is a series! That gesso like piece at the bottom is just brilliant!
Lucky Dip Lisa:
I've had this in the files for quite a while and it probably isn't going to be a series. I was doing quite a bit of painting (tempera) on newsprint before, during and after creating "The Toys Series". There were many layers, lots of scrubbing with a bad brush, including using the back end of said brush, scraping through everything to make, well, weeds and tall grasses was my thinking. The digital elements in the top half were added recently and I liked the way the two worked together ... I'm glad that you liked it too! :)
