Illustration Friday: Electricity -

"The Electricity Manual"
digital drawing by Mick Mather
Something simple and abstract in spite of the objective title. Once more, I had a lot of ideas for this week's Illustration Friday challenge for electricity. I have much to do today and likely won't be back anytime before late evening. So, please forgive the post 'n run again today.

OOoh, very cool! Ha ha, literally, but I mean interesting and inspiring, LOL!

I think of electricity as yellow, sometimes, but blue is a good color for it too.

I had a few other color variations of this but really thought this blue version, relatively unadorned, was what worked. I'm glad you find it inspirational. :)

The lawn, eh? No good deed goes unpunished. :D

Thanks, Sarah. It's all smoke and mirrors, really. :)

I appreciate you saying so. I have this drawing program that I like a lot and I've been trying to master it for well over a year now. Even so, it's difficult to get it to do what I want as opposed to what it wants! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by, Irma. Is that New Jersey hair I see in your icon? :D

Blogger Irma said...

Haha! Nope ;) As much of a Jersey Girl as I am, I never had that hair, and neither does the icon. Thank goodness!

LMAO - I knew that it wasn't, but I was just checking in to be certain. For anyone interested in what we do mean, have a look at Joan Cusack in this still from the movie Working Girl. :D
