In Finland Christmas eve is the day when Father Christmas comes and delivers the presents personally to all Finnish children -that is why the Christmas tree must be decorated latest in the morning of Christmas eve.

Today it's Christmas Day, It's raining - a good excuse to stay home, look at movies and eat all delicious things.

Merry Christmas, Mick.

So stunning beautiful colors...I could eat all those balls with my eyes! We don't have a christmas tree, but I would love to decorate one with those colors!

I appreciate getting to hear the story of Finnish Culture as regards Father Christmas and the tree.
It's been warm here and raining too. So warm that much of our recent snow is almost gone ... to make room for more I bet! :O

Merry Christmas, Susu! :)

A palm tree adorned with these would make a huge impact where you are.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, Kirsi!
