Mick, slow down boy! You're always on the run these days. What's the hurry? Oh, I get it. Some people actually HAVE a life! I faintly remember.
I like the image here. She certainly does seem to be posturing to give her opinion :)
Have a great weekend!
She looks determined.
studio lolo:
LOL ... that's good advice, Laurel, but I have no choice since this commission is a particularly important one for me. Local artists are seldom appreciated in their own time let alone their own home town and even less often in world class Museums in their own town. Anyway, in a few hours I'm going to know whether this pair of stacked glass trees is going to work.
SusuPetal:
She does at that. Unfortunately, I actually used a slightly varied version of this last summer and I'm a bit embarrassed by the duplication. I do have an excuse as I was furiously busy with a garden artwork proposal much of the day yesterday; I finally got it together and submitted, about an hour and change from the deadline. Instead of rushing into this piece I should've went to bed and worked on something else later - but there isn't going to be any later! Well, at least not until next week sometime! :O
I like this one. The gesture is absolutly great.
Milan Rubio:
After looking through a few dozen of your illustrations I am flattered indeed. Thanks so much!
i want to see the tree when it's done, sounds interesting.
THE CHARM SCHOOL DROPOUT:
I'll definitely be posting it here sometime following the opening on December 4th. If they don't confiscate my camera, I'll get some photographs of that. At the very least, I'll be able to get a documentation photo when I install it on December 1st.
Ah...but what is her opinion? She looks like she could really be pissed off!
Shani:
Ah, yes ... that's the $64,000 dollar question. :)
