Thursday Challenge: Yellow -

"Yellow"
digitally manipulated photograph by Mick Mather
This has been a crazy week and a particularly long day with one more between me and the weekend. So, with this relatively simple theme at Thursday Challenge this week - yellow - I believe I'll leave you to it. Me? It's time for a few glasses of wine and some Irish Whiskey! :)

This pic reminds me of autumn and as I feel despair while thinking of autumn and winter, I can't say I cheer seeing such pictures:(

I could say the colours are warm and strong and ripe, but I won't.

I understand and comisserate ... but what to do? Perhaps we should run away together, to a place that's always summer and always warm. I wish I knew where that place is. :)

I think the autumn is very beautiful. Almost more beautiful than summer. But (there's always that but) I still feel better in summer time.

This pic remind me what's coming. I like this. I could imagine a couple from somewhere past (perhaps from renaissance) to walk there with sunshades.

Autumn is approaching, but it can be quite beautiful too.

No "buts" about it ... I think we all feel better in summertime. I like your reference to a couple from the past walking there. :)

I agree that autumn is beuatiful. It isn't my favorite season though (I much prefer springtime) and I, like Susu, dread the coming of another long winter.

As a little girl I hated the Spring and Summer becourse of the hay-fever I had.Now I paint not enough in Summertime, like to do things outdoor.
I think I realy like Autumn.
I can imagine that in Finland and other Scandinavian countries Autumn and Winter is more difficult, becourse of the darkness.

This is a beautiful Autum-picture

Mick I put your link on my blog, hope that is ok

I dislike the amount of darkness the winter has in my own part of the world and it must surely be hard for my Finnish and Scandinavian Sisters! My thanks for adding this blog to your list of links ... why would anyone mind? It's one of the advantages of blogging - that we each link to the other whenever we can. :)
