"A Demons Wife Trading Gossip With A Blackbird"digital collage by Mick Mather As the days grow shorter and as the season acquires a chill, I've noticed a trend toward images of a creepier-than-usual nature. Far be from me to be the one to point it all out so today's post offers all of you a better source of information - or, disinformation, depending on how you feel about gossip. Anyway, I'm on my way out to the pumpkin patch with Leighlund today and I'm sure there'll be even more blather, chatter and prattle before the day is done. :)Labels: Art Everyday by Mick Mather, blackbird, Demons Wife, gossip, Leighlund Ruth Vincett, pumpkin patch

Well, now that you brought it up...I've been noticing the same thing in your one. Of course given my take on this week's IF theme I'm hardly one to talk now am I?! I think it's a Halloween kinda mood.
Gee, that is one sweet pic, just adore it, and I bet the Finnish Sisters do as well -it's so spooky, just perfect for us!

I've noticed this in other places as well, Shani, as recent as a few days ago, right here in this blog. I don't know if we can attribute it to Hallowe'en but surely to the solstice and the imminent return of winter, cold and gloomy days.

This image and the feeling it gives me personally is reminiscent of an old, ye olde folk tale. Yes, the kind that would be perfect for the Finnish Sisters! :D
I came to think why this creature looks so spooked out and now, after sleeping and awaking to this new and rainy Monday morning, on what a feeling!, I know: the poor thing saw me.
Gossip can be as frightening as the demon's wife.

:O

I couldn't agree more ... however, evidently not as frightening as seeing Susu this morning!
I love this!!!! The yelling zombie. This pic really has something to FEEL!
Ps. I just bought a few zombie movies, haven't no time to watch them yet.

It always makes my day when one of my images sits just right with you. :)
So, Zombie Movies! Sounds like you're all set for the winter. :D
