I thank you you for stopping in and for this comment. I do attempt to get some texture into my digital pieces and sometimes, depending on what filter is used, they can get that look of being painted on canvas. I'm pleased that you mentioned it. :)
It doesnt look very frightful to me.
hpy:
LOL - Trick or Treat doesn't always have to be frightful. However, if she were to show up at my door and ask me the question, I'm certain the heart would begin beating a lot harder for one reason or another! :D
You'd have the treat...?
And that'll do the trick!
I liked this and had something similar in mind, also, when I thought about this challenge.
susupetal:
There you go! LOL, I believe I'd enjoy seeing your rendition of this since we have similar ideas. When might we expect to see it? :D
This is very fruitful. Women could be fruitful too. This is great!
elegia:
Thank you as always. Yes, fruitful is the way I'd describe many of the women in my life. I'm glad you like it of course, but wonder if it shouldn't have been just a little darker in mood and light. :)
I like the repeating pattern/shapes as in the pumpkin and her, ahem, derriere! Was that intentional?
studio lolo:
Thanks for noticing, Laurel, and yes, it was intentional. :)
Gorgeous!!! I love this one. :)

Thanks so much, Kirsi. I miss seeing you around the place the way I used to ... so, just seeing you here is a treat for me. I'm glad you like the image. I would've guessed that you would. :)
really cool transparencies and I really enjoy how the shapes work together as well :)
janice:
All in all, this piece is about the way diffrent shapes in each layer play together and off of each other. Variation and repetition of form is an exercise I always enjoy becoming engaged with and it's always a condsieration at the conceptualization stage. I'm especially pleased that you see it all working well together. :)
